In Cleveland, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Ohio on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–9 pm. Cleveland is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cleveland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

⭐ I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR OUR MEAL. 1 STAR — I WOULD GIVE 0 IF I COULD. Absolutely terrible experience at Kumo Japanese Buffet. We went yesterday and paid nearly $27 PER PERSON, which is ridiculous for what we experienced. My wife got sick after eating the sweet and sour chicken. That completely ruined our meal and seriously makes us question the quality and freshness of the food. When you pay nearly $27 per person, you should be able to expect the food to be safe and worth what you’re paying. Then, on top of the high price, they added a 12% gratuity and STILL asked for an additional tip. If you’re already automatically charging gratuity, why are you asking customers to tip again? Kumo, I am requesting a full refund for our meal. We paid for a dining experience that ended with my wife getting sick, and I don’t believe we received the value or quality we paid for. I will NEVER eat at Kumo again. Nearly $27 a person for this experience is absolutely ridiculous. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I want to leave my honest review: Please do not eat at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I have gotten food poisoning there more than once, so this was my last visit. Yesterday, after eating there, I became very sick and started vomiting. The sushi tasted spoiled, and the shrimp had a strong rotten smell. It honestly seemed like the food had been sitting around for days. From what I experienced, it looked like leftover food was being served again instead of being thrown away. I can’t say for certain, but that’s exactly how it seemed because of the smell, taste, and the way I felt afterward. Please protect your health and learn from other people’s mistakes. I will never go back to this restaurant.

I wanted to share my experience for anyone who is budget-conscious or planning dinner here. The adult dinner pricing was advertised as $19.99, but the actual price came out closer to about $22 per adult. Drinks were also almost $6 each, so the total added up quickly. For two adults, we spent almost $70, which felt a little high considering the overall food quality. Some of the food was overcooked, and that made the meal feel less worth the price. I understand prices can vary, but clearer pricing would be helpful so customers know what to expect before sitting down. Overall, it may still be an okay option for some, but if you’re watching your budget, be aware that the final cost may be higher than advertised.

We visit Kumo Japanese Seafood Buffet often, and it has become one of our regular spots when we want a variety of food options. The buffet offers a large selection of sushi, seafood, hot dishes, desserts, and other Asian-inspired foods, so there is usually something for everyone. The place can get busy, especially during peak hours, but the staff has always been friendly and hardworking during our visits. The food is generally kept stocked, and the atmosphere is casual and family-friendly. One of the reasons we keep coming back is the variety and convenience. It’s a good option when you want different choices all in one place. Overall, we’ve had consistently good experiences here and would recommend it if you enjoy buffet-style dining.

This restaurant was amazing. Great vibes and great food. They have many different kinds of food to choose from and it's all very good. The pork dumplings were the best! Definitely will visit again.
